The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by a variety of nice cheap restaurants and police cars ensuring safety. The Ukrainian receptionist was friendly and made us feel welcome. The room had free parking and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
The remote control for the TV did not work.

The friendly and accommodating Ukrainian receptionist made us feel welcomed and went out of his way to assist us. The variety of nice and affordable restaurants nearby gave us an authentic taste of the city. the hotel's location near police cars provided a sense of security during our stay.
Our room lacked Wi-Fi, which was an inconvenience as we needed to update our pictures to the iCloud. The staff member, Marco, was unhelpful and rude when we brought up the issue.

The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was also great, with a variety of nice and cheap restaurants nearby, giving an authentic feel to the place and supervised by the police. we enjoyed the complimentary parking space provided by the hotel.
Our bedroom did not have Wi-Fi, and the staff’s attitude towards the issue was poor. We were told to use the Wi-Fi in the corridor, and after insisting, we were given a new room, which was not clean and not what we had booked.
